Walk-ins for these services can be accommodated for without the need for an appointment but if you wish for us to set aside a specific time, the option to book in for this is possible but comes at an additional fee.

BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES:

 by booking an appointment you acknowledge you have read & understand the studio policies as follows on our website.
failure to abide by these policies may result in (but is not limited to) the refusal of any/ all piercing services, cancellation fees or reschedule of appointments, or in rare cases a studio ban.

• We are an 18+ studio. All minors will require a parent/legal guardian to sign on their behalf. We will require appropriate Identification from BOTH parties and proof of parenthood/guardianship. A Medicare card with both parent and child's names on it can be used as proof of parenthood when the minor presents valid photo ID. A birth certificate can be used as ID for earlobe piercings ONLY. (for more info, please read our children's section) 
• Bookings must be made under the name of the person the booking is for, you can mention a preferred name (unless booking for a small child/ minor, then it can be booked under parents' details).
• Ensure you bring appropriate & valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc.) this is not only to check your age, but to verify your identity on our release forms as required by SA Law.
• Refrain from using any topical numbing agents on the piercing site prior to getting pierced.
• Please click and read the information (i) provided on our piercing services.
• ID is not required for permanent bracelet/anklet/necklace/ piercing chain appointments.
• Do not arrive late to your appointment, late appointments will be subject to rescheduling and potential cancellation fees.
• We do not pierce anybody who is pregnant or breastfeeding due to health safety & hazard reasons.
• We will not tolerate harassment, abuse or profanity of any kind towards staff or other clients.
• Please do not consume outside food within the studio. Drinks with lids are permitted.
