Carlo
Studio Owner, Founder and Jewellery Technician

Carlo is a dedicated and passionate Studio Owner and Permanent Jewellery Tech. He has been mastering his craft in the industry for 14+ years. His extensive travels around the world led him to learn from many world renown practitioners of professional body piercing and specialized heavy body modification.

He holds incredibly in-depth knowledge on body physiology, morphology and scar tissue, which he meticulously applies in every aspect of his craft in the piercing industry.

After returning to Australia, he started Happy Stabber Body Piercing in 2018 to create a safe studio for other passionate piercers and for people living in or visiting Adelaide to receive safe and professional piercings, high-quality body jewellery and up-to-date extensive knowledge.

He enjoys performing Heavy Gauge Piercings, Custom Industrials, and is known as Adelaide's Septum Wizard.

His favourite gemstones are Tsavorite, Raw Tourmaline, Mozambique Garnet and Columbian Summa.

Carlo also excels in creating hand-tailored Ear and Nostril Chains and has spent the past few years indulging in the education of jewellery design and crafting.

Alexandra
Studio Manager and Head Piercer  : @pierceralex

Alexandra is our very skilled Head Piercer; she discovered her passion for body piercing in 2013 and has worked extremely hard refining her skills ever since.

She is deeply committed to maintaining high standards in body piercing education and safe piercing practices while upholding a dedicated roll in assisting mentorship to our studio's junior piercers.

As an artist, she approaches her work with pride and meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a calm & caring demeaner. Whether working with new or returning clients, Alexandra strives for perfection in everything she creates.

Her passions lie in Morphology, Paired Lip Piercings, Ear Projects, Solid Gold and Shiny Curations, and anything related to chain, charm or cute and creepy designs.
Her favourite gemstones are Labradorite, Oregon Sunstone, Iolite, Blue Lace Agate & Diamonds!

Ally also has a passion for Stretched Earlobes, with extensive knowledge she offers up-to-date advice and Stretching Services for those wanting to embark this journey.

Ally may be a little quiet and dress in mostly black, but she truly has a heart of plush.

Ruby

Ruby’s journey into the world of body piercing began as an apprentice at Happy Stabber during the summer of 2021. Since then, she has immersed herself in her career, quickly absorbing a wealth of knowledge and becoming highly skilled for her age.

Despite her short time in the industry, Ruby has quickly fallen in love with the art of body piercing and takes pride in adorning people with beautiful jewellery and high-quality piercings.

Now that Ruby has finished her apprenticeship and is our Junior Piercer and Studio Photographer, her talents have blossomed remarkably. She is already very capable and accomplished in her craft.

Known as our "White Gold Girly," Ruby adores bright silvery pieces and genuine stones of all types, shapes and sizes. Her favourite piercings to perform include Earlobes, Nostrils, and Eyebrows.

Ruby also shares a keen interest in Carlo’s heavy gauge projects and even rocks a few herself, such as her 12ga Daith, 6ga Septum and 0ga (8mm) Navel!
